TRIP REGISTRATION – RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand that participation in a Driftline Tours program involves inherent risks associated with domestic and international travel, including but not limited to transportation by car, van, or airplane; walking tours; outdoor environments; historic sites; uneven terrain; weather conditions; and other unforeseen hazards.

I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration for being allowed to participate in a program organized by Driftline Tours or Carly Smith. I hereby release, waive, and discharge Driftline Tours, its owner, employees, guides, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to personal property arising out of or related to my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Medical Responsibility

I certify that I am physically and mentally able to participate in this trip. I understand that I am responsible for my own health, medications, and medical care during the trip.

I agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or limitations prior to departure.

4. Emergency Medical Authorization

In the event of illness or injury, I authorize Driftline Tours to obtain medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so. I understand that I am responsible for all medical costs incurred.

5. Travel Requirements & Insurance

I understand that I am responsible for all required travel documents, including valid passports and any visas if applicable.

I acknowledge that travel insurance is strongly recommended, including coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and evacuation.

6. Itinerary Changes

I understand that itineraries may change due to weather, safety concerns, site availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Driftline Tours reserves the right to make such changes in the best interest of the group and overall experience.

7. Code of Conduct

I agree to conduct myself respectfully toward fellow travelers, guides, and local communities. I understand that unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in my removal from the trip without refund.

8. Acknowledgment & Agreement

I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk. By registering for a tour, I acknowledge that I agree to and am signing this agreement voluntarily and that it is legally binding.
